We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from Lumielle — no surprises, no inflated promises.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from our fulfillment partners, including warehouses in China via CJ Dropshipping. This lets us offer trending products at great prices, and it means delivery takes a little longer than a local store.

Processing time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

Typical delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. Select seasonal items — such as our outdoor snowflake projector — may take up to 14 business days.

These are honest estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs clearance and carrier delays can occasionally add extra time. We'll always keep you posted if something unusual happens.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on all orders. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow its journey at any time.

Shipping rates

Wrong address or undeliverable orders

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping — additional shipping charges may apply.
